Customers are responsible for the claim processing. In the event a shipment is delivered with missing parts, and/or damaged, contact the carrier immediately. The buyer must submit the damage claim form with the carrier. Many carriers request you save the product packaging. Damaged and short shipments must be reported within five days of receipt.
